Two Storey Accommodation
From the peaceful garden, you enter the property into a hallway with double height ceiling. On the right is the modern, well equipped kitchen, with washer, dryer, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. A door opens onto the terrace and garden area, looking out to woodland.
Across the hallway is the separate air conditioned dining room which has patio doors out to a large terrace with barbeque and outdoor dining facilities, and views of the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond. From the dining room, cross to the spacious lounge which is air conditioned and has a double height and beamed ceiling. Here, there is ample space to relax as a family and take advantage of the satellite TV, hi-fi, and DVD/video player. Patio doors lead out to the large terrace, and from here are steps down to the pool area. There is also a separate cloakroom facility on the ground floor.
From the hallway, steps down lead to the 4 spacious air conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Doors lead out to the pool. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and a dressing area, and use of the separate full bathroom with twin wash basins and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds with a full en-suite bathroom. Whilst being able to access it from the main house, this bedroom also has its own separate entrance, making it an ideal room for those in the party who might like to return home later than the other guests. The master bedroom has a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom. Doors lead out to the pool.
The pool is very private and large, with ample space for relaxing. It also has an outside shower. At the main door of the house is a secluded, shaded gravel garden and seating area, with easy access to the woods beyond for when you want to enjoy a peaceful walk. There is also a covered car port and a garage.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Prices. Prices quoted are for the property booked, per week, according to season, and include weekly maid and linen/towels service, electricity, gas and water. The price does not include flights, transfers, car hire or insurance or telephone calls made on the property phone. Rental commences at 4pm on day of arrival and ends at 10.30am on the day of departure. Rentals start and finish on Saturday and are for a minimum of 7 days in High and Mid Seasons. Rental periods of not less than 4 days may be booked, at owners discretion, during Low Season, daily prices at pro-rata the weekly rate.
2. Payment. Should the booking be made more than 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental, a 20% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking, the balance being due in full 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the rental then the total rental price is due on booking. Your contract or agreement is made between you (the renter) and the individual owner of the property.
3. Cancellation by you. Should you wish to cancel after the booking has been accepted, upon receipt of such cancellation in writing the following charges will be due:
Cancellation up to 56 days before arrival - loss of deposit
Cancellation 55-35 days before arrival - 25% of total rental
Cancellation 34-21 days before arrival - 50% of total rental
Cancellation 20-14 days before arrival - 75% of total rental
Cancellation 13-0 days before arrival - 100% of total rental
4. Cancellation by the owner. The owners liability is limited to the provision of the property booked for the rental period. In the very unlikely event that the owner should have to cancel your booking the owner will attempt to find you an alternative property, if the alternative is deemed to be unsuitable or no alternative can be found, the owner will refund your monies in full.
5. Other conditions. The property is for the exclusive use of the persons named in the party at the time of booking, subletting is not permitted. No smoking please. Pets and animals are forbidden in the property.
