La Colina is well situated within walking distance of the tennis centre, Los Olivos, and Bellaluz with all its amenities. All the properties are built round an attractive community pool with kiddy area, and garden, and have their own terraces and barbeque facilities. This apartment is fully air conditioned, and is on the ground floor.
Single Storey Accommodation
The open plan lounge/dining room is well furnished in a traditional style and has satellite TV, DVD, CD player and telephone. Patio doors lead to the pergola covered terrace with table, chairs and barbeque, with access to the community pool and views to Los Olivos.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar through to the lounge, and is equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob & extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. The separate utility area houses the washing machine and sink.
The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and an en-suite full bathroom with twin wash basins. Patio doors lead to the lounge terrace with sun beds. The second bedroom has twin beds and use of the separate shower room.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Prices. Prices quoted are for the property booked, per week, according to season, and include weekly maid and linen/towels service, electricity, gas and water. The price does not include flights, transfers, car hire or insurance or telephone calls made on the property phone. Rental commences at 4pm on day of arrival and ends at 10.30am on the day of departure. Rentals start and finish on Saturday and are for a minimum of 7 days in High and Mid Seasons. Rental periods of not less than 4 days may be booked, at owners discretion, during Low Season, daily prices at pro-rata the weekly rate.
2. Payment. Should the booking be made more than 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental, a 20% non-refundable deposit will secure the booking, the balance being due in full 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental. Should the booking be made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the rental then the total rental price is due on booking. Your contract or agreement is made between you (the renter) and the individual owner of the property.
3. Cancellation by you. Should you wish to cancel after the booking has been accepted, upon receipt of such cancellation in writing the following charges will be due:
Cancellation up to 56 days before arrival - loss of deposit
Cancellation 55-35 days before arrival - 25% of total rental
Cancellation 34-21 days before arrival - 50% of total rental
Cancellation 20-14 days before arrival - 75% of total rental
Cancellation 13-0 days before arrival - 100% of total rental
4. Cancellation by the owner. The owners liability is limited to the provision of the property booked for the rental period. In the very unlikely event that the owner should have to cancel your booking the owner will attempt to find you an alternative property, if the alternative is deemed to be unsuitable or no alternative can be found, the owner will refund your monies in full.
5. Other conditions. The property is for the exclusive use of the persons named in the party at the time of booking, subletting is not permitted. No smoking please. Pets and animals are forbidden in the property.
