This detached four bedroom villa is spacious, beautifully updated, refurbished and well equipped. It has a large sunny terrace and private pool. Free wireless internet access.
Enter the villa into a hallway off which is all the accommodation. On the left, the second bedroom has a double bed which can be split into singles if preferred, patio doors to the side dining terrace and an en-suite bathroom. On the right, the third bedroom has a double bed which can be split into singles if preferred and patio doors to the front of the villa. Down the hallway on the left is the smaller fourth bedroom with a double bed and a window to the side terrace. Bedrooms three and four share the the use of the nearby family bathroom.
From the hallway, descend a couple of steps to the comfortable dual-aspect lounge with patio doors to the dining terrace and the pool terrace and garden. It has a high ceiling, satellite or cable TV, and DVD player. From the lounge to the right is the beautiful kitchen/dining room which is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer, coffee maker and a breakfast bar with stools.The dining area is tastefully furnished and has patio doors onto the terrace with a private swimming pool. Enjoy al fresco dining from the barbecue, or just relax on the outdoor lounge furniture or the sun loungers. There is a door from the kitchen to the private car port at the side of the villa.
From the entrance hall, upstairs to the master bedroom suite which has a double bed, high ceiling, a private upper terrace with views and an en-suite bathroom with large free-standing bath.
