Entrance hallway into the open plan lounge and dining room which is well furnished with satellite TV with many UK English language channels, DVD player, CD player and patio doors to an extended terrace with outdoor dining facilities and a built-in barbecue. The terrace has steps up to the private roof terrace with loungers and great views.
The separate kitchen, also on this floor, is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

There is an internal staircase down to the lower level and the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred and third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share use of a separate full bathroom. The washing machine is located on this floor under the stairs.
