This modern detached spacious four bedroom villa, has a private pool, four terraces, marble floors throughout, wonderful views and is in a peaceful area near to the North golf course at La Manga Club Resort. Free wireless internet access.
Drive through gates to a private garden and driveway with private off-street parking. Enter the villa on the first floor, accessed by a number of steps from the driveway level.
Enter into the large open plan lounge and dining room furnished with modern comfortable sofas, a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player, dining table with seating for eight and four sets of patio doors leading to two terraces with outdoor dining facilities, built-in charcol barbecue, loungers, outdoor lounge furniture, sun-shade umbrellas and access via steps to the private swimming pool terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven and hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is a hatch to the dining area.
There is a cloakroom facility on this level.
Stairs lead up to the master bedroom which has has a double bed, satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in power shower. Two sets of patio doors lead to a separate private terrace area with views and the other to access the swimming pool terrace.
On the lower level are three bedrooms, bedroom two has a two double beds (standard occupancy in this room is two persons) and satellite TV and bedroom three (not pictured) is a large room with patio doors to the garden area and satellite TV. Bedrooms two and three share use of the separate bathroom with power shower. While bedroom four has twin beds, satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath and separate walk-in shower.
