Enter the property into a hallway and then into the open plan lounge and dining room, which is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV, DVD, video and CD players. Patio doors open to an open terrace with views over the community garden and pool, sun loungers, and table and chairs.
The kitchen is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine, and dining table and chairs. A separate utility area houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and another sink.
Two bedrooms are on this floor. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to a balcony with views to the Mar Menor. The second bedroom has twin beds, and patio doors to the lounge terrace overlooking the community pool. There is also a cloakroom facility on this floor.
The third bedroom is on the floor above and there is a stairgate fitted to prevent access to the 1st floor. It has twin beds, and use of the separate full bathroom on the same floor. Patio doors lead to a covered balcony with table and chairs. From the landing a door leads to a large open terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and table and chairs, and views around the community and pool.
