The entrance hallway leads to the stylish, split level lounge, dining room and kitchen which has satellite or cable TV with many UK English language channels. There are large patio doors onto a terrace with a garden, private swimming pool and outdoor lounge and dining furniture. Enjoy al fresco dining from the barbecue, or just relax on the sun loungers. There is an external utility room with a washing machine.
The kitchen area is well equipped with dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.
Also on the ground floor are the three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, patio doors to the garden and an en-suite bathroom which has a bath, separate shower, basin and wc. The second bedroom has twin beds, patio doors to the garden and an en-suite shower room with shower, wash basin and wc. The third bedroom has twin beds and the use of the separate shower room which also has a shower, wash basin and wc.
