It has fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre, to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment also has a private sunny upper terrace, accessed by an internal spiral staircase, it is well equipped and very well furnished. There is free wifi internet access.

The spacious lounge/dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It has satellite TV, DVD/CD player and has patio doors leading to a large terrace with beautiful views. A barbecue and table and chairs are available for you to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite with a full bathroom additional walk in shower, and twin wash basins. The second bedroom has twin beds, flat screen satellite TV, and has use of the additional full bathroom.
The kitchen has a large open wall design to the lounge/dining room, is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and fridge freezer and coffee machine.
The accommodation in the property is all on one level but an internal spiral staircase leads from the living room to the private roof terrace where you can relax in the sun.
